SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Return Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING OR DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ITEMS ON YOUR SITE?

There are no shipping or delivery charges on our site. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are taxable. Tax amounts are determined and displayed at checkout.

HOW THE PURCHASED ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED?

Once a digital item is purchased, you will be able to download it in your account's Digital Downloads section.

Once a training service is purchased, you will receive a PDF document with instructions or we will contact you within 10 work days following your purchase by phone or email to schedule it. Following this contact, a confirmation email with all the details (date, time, duration, description) will be sent by email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DIGITAL ITEM IS NOT IN THE DOWNLOADS SECTION OF MY ACCOUNT?

If you do not see your item, please contact us by phone or by email.

ARE THE ITEMS AND TRAINING SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL USERS?

All our digital items and training services are available worldwide at no additional cost. However, all the prices are shown in Canadian dollars and credit card companies will determine exchange rates.

CAN I RETURN A DIGITAL ITEM AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

All sales of digital items are final and non-refundable.

CAN I CANCEL AND RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A TRAINING SERVICE?

Cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled date are refundable except for an applicable $100 Cancellation fee for "Ask the Expert": One-on-One Physician Session and $300 for in-person clinical preceptorship. No cancellation is possible (fees are non-refundable) within 30 days of the scheduled date.
